We developed a mobile application using React Native and a comprehensive CRM and ERP dashboard for innovative dental clinic Dentelli in Split, Croatia. Key features include user registration, appointment bookings, profile management, and a detailed view of appointments. Our role encompassed end-to-end development, including API solutions for data management. This streamlined daily operations, enhanced patient engagement, and simplified internal processes, aligning perfectly with Dentelli's operational goals.

Intro

We collaborated with Dentelli to extend their innovative approach into the digital realm by developing a mobile application using React Native. The mobile app allows patients to engage more dynamically with the clinic. Features include user registration pending clinic approval, appointment bookings which also require clinic confirmation, profile management, and a comprehensive view of past and upcoming appointments. With a complementary API solution to manage data, and the administrative dashboard that serves as a central platform for managing appointments, notifications, employees, and patients, essentially functioning as a CRM and ERP system that streamlines daily operations. Our role encompassed the end-to-end development of these solutions, from initial design concepts to final implementation, ensuring alignment with Dentelli's operational goals and enhancing overall service delivery.

We were tasked with developing a mobile app using React Native and a comprehensive CRM and ERP dashboard for Dentelli. Our role encompassed development from initial design concept to final implementation, ensuring alignment with Dentelli's operational goals and improving the overall service.

Project goals

From the start this project had two main objective: enhance patient engagement and simplify internal processes. With continuous development it evolved to a larger solution and slowly becoming a central point for clinic internal processes.
By enabling patients to access their records and manage appointments through the app, clinic aimed to foster a sense of belonging and continuity of care.

The administrative dashboard was designed to replace outdated manual systems, allowing clinic staff to efficiently manage their tasks and enabling administrators to monitor workflows and productivity. A key feature was the integration of a dental status tool that allows doctors to update current patient current dental statuses and project future ones, which can be used to generate personalized treatment plans and offers.

What we achieved

The implementation of the mobile application and CRM and ERP dashboard significantly transformed Dentelli's operational dynamics. By digitizing processes, we eliminated the need for traditional paper-based methods and cumbersome Excel spreadsheets. This not only streamlined administrative tasks but also enhanced patient care by reducing wait times and improving treatment planning. The digital solutions provided by our agency have contributed to substantial time and cost savings, improved data accuracy, and enhanced patient satisfaction.

A great achievement and a prime example of our digital solution's efficiency is the streamlined process for generating treatment offers. Initially, an employee updates the patient's current dental status in the system, incorporating detailed images for accuracy. Following this, they can easily propose future treatments using the same platform. The system then automates the creation of a comprehensive offer, which includes all proposed interventions along with visual aids and additional necessary data.

The implementation of the mobile application and CRM and ERP dashboard significantly transformed Dentelli's operations. By digitizing processes, we eliminated traditional paper-based methods and cumbersome Excel spreadsheets, streamlining tasks and enhancing patient care. This automated offer is presented to the patient for review, allowing them to make an informed decision about proceeding with the suggested treatments. What was once a labor-intensive process is now remarkably simplified, reducing manual effort to a minimum and enhancing both the speed and precision of clinic operations. This transformation is the best example how our digital solutions significantly improves the quality of patient interaction and care at Dentelli!
